Prospero Winery There are several different factors that need to be taken into consideration when building a management team able to handle expanding into Chile and China. The two countries are very far apart and have vastly different cultures, so it will be necessary to have people on the ground in both countries. What the company wants to achieve in these countries is something that will dictate what its needs are going to be with respect to a management team. For example, does setting up an operation in China mean exporting to China, or is the company going to seek out a vineyard in the country (there aren't that many).
